"No notification of change of time of departure of the ferry!!"
We had some trouble finding the ferry terminal in Las Palmas in our rented car, so arrived just after 9am. We were surprised to find there were no other cars in the queue and the ferry staff were a little "excited". Immediately we drove our car on to the ferry, they pulled up the gangway, and the ferry left the dock. This was strange, given our tickets said the departure time was 10am! Why did it leave at 9.15am?! The reason was simple. It appears that the departure time had been brought forward by one hour from 10am to 9am since we booked the tickets in April, and we were not informed!! We were very lucky that they seem to have held the ferry for us! Otherwise we would have missed a day of our holidays. Otherwise the ferry service was very good. Where was the problem - Fred Olsen or Direct Ferries.fr? Who was responsible for telling us about the change in scheduled time of departure? Kind regards, Delphine Mc Adams

"Très bonne traversée"
La traversée en ferry de Las Palmas vers Morro Jable (Fuerteventura) s'est parfaitement déroulée. Le quai d'embarquement était très bien fléché dans ce port immense. Le personnel est agréable. Départ à l'heure et bateau confortable. Nous n'avons pas testé la restauration
